Her approach to the client not only fantastic, but most valuable becasue she listens, she cares, she knows and most importantly - she keeps her word. The rest of the team deserves kudos as well for their focused professionalism and swift and precise performance. Absolute 5/5! I cannot praise them enough.

We were very impressed with the excellent service provided by Touchwood. When moving into our new-build house, we wanted something that would look modern and special. We visited Touchwood several times where Belinda was both helpful with her advice and patient giving us plenty of time to think things over. She even suggested that we wait for the new range of Karndean and we were glad that she did - as we eventually decided to go with this new flooring. We highly recommend Touchwood - the carpet and flooring are amazing quality, feels comfortable and looks incredible! The fitters were experienced and professional and did a fantastic job. We cannot thank Belinda enough for looking after us and helping us through some tough decisions and for her exceptional service! Would definitely recommend.
