On every occasion that I have been to Topps Tiles in Newton Abbot, Vicky has been so friendly and helpful. I has no idea what sort of tiles I wanted so I slowly went through the whole store to see what they had. I told Vicky that I required tiles for a bathroom and pointed out which ones I liked. There was never any pressure, it was like I had taken a friend with me. I narrowed it down, and Vicky explained that I could buy a couple and take them away to see what they looked like in my bathroom. This was so useful as straight away I knew that one of them didn't look right in my bathroom. That was so helpful in making a decision. When I brought them both back, I got a full refund. After chosing one, Vicky calculated how many I would need. We then discussed the types and colours of grouting. Who knew there were so many colours! I bought the tiles and grouting, and Topps stored them until my tiler needed them. Today I went back in as I have decided that I want the whole bathroom tiled, not just part of it, and Vicky was there to assist me again. Thank you so much Vicky. You were of great help to me, and an asset to Topps Tiles.
