"We had such a wonderful experience visiting Quorn Stone in Surrey. Seeing all the stone laid out is perfect for indecisive buyers like us, and the showroom itself is beautifully laid out with lots of choice. However, what truly made our visit exceptional was Faith, the lovely sales lady who assisted us. Faith was extremely knowledgeable about the stone options, the process and differences between the stones we were looking at, and the company’s values and history. She took the time to really listen to our needs and quickly developed a clear understanding of our style preferences and practical requirements. Her thoughtful guidance helped us feel confident in our choices, and nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, despite it being a busy day! Faith even helped us think about our next project - the bathrooms! The coffee and biscuits were such a lovely touch—it made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal & the biscuits and play table kept our children happy whilst we finalised our decision with Faith. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine warmth with such expertise, and we left feeling truly cared for and excited about the next steps. We’re so glad we made the trip and would wholeheartedly recommend both the showroom and Faith’s expert help to anyone considering stone for their home. Our only suggestion to Quorn would be the option of larger samples being available, even if these are sold or borrowed… (and more samples to be able to walk away with, which would save on the postage cost for Quorn, and of course the environmental impact!)"

"Such a lovely showroom with high quality products and amazing customer experience. Aesthetically pleasing and welcoming atmosphere with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits. We visited twice, and the staff was so friendly and professional, ready to give advice but also leave us to browse as long as needed 🙌🏻 We have now fitted both our bathrooms and kitchen with Quorn Stone tiles, and couldn’t be happier with the result! The fitter also commented on the tile sturdiness and quality."

"Such a pleasure to visit the Surrey showroom today, we wish we had found Quorn sooner. Luke talked us through the different types of stone for our patio, told us the advantages and disadvantages, answered all our questions (we had quite a few) and left us to browse for as long as we needed. Follow up email arrived the same day. The showroom is set in a renovated foundry which is a beautiful place to visit, we had a great customer experience and wholeheartedly recommend Quorn."
