LVT was partly fitted but left uneven, and the carpet was never supplied or fitted. When I tried to resolve matters, I was told the poorly fitted flooring would be removed and refused a refund for the carpet with claims I’d blocked his bank account. I had to take legal action, and a County Court Judgment was issued in my favour which remains unpaid"
