"Myself and my husband first knew about Floor It from walking past the shop a few weeks ago and chatting on WhatsApp. We were looking for new hallway flooring with plywood fitted under. We decided to go in last week and have a look. We dealt with Billy in the shop who was very professional and knowledgeable, we told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction and found the perfect flooring for us. Whilst paying we also had a look to see what carpets we could get for our living room and ended up buying a new carpet for that too 😀 Whilst waiting a few days for delivery we messaged Floor It via WhatsApp and sorted underlay out for 2 of our bedrooms. Billy came out with Ally to fit the underlay for 2 rooms and the plywood plus vinyl for the hallway whilst Ally came another day to lay the living room carpet. The work that these 2 both did was absolutely amazing. So professional and well fitting. The flooring is very good quality and they were both super friendly and very helpful with all our endless questions 🙈 We are already looking at purchasing more flooring from these guys in the future.
