"Just wanted a to leave a little review to express how great Bristol carpets have been. We have used them for years. We recently had all of our upstairs and landing carpeted . The measuring service, through to delivery and fitting was stress free. Kay was great she dealt with us very efficiently and kept us up to date. We initially weren’t ready for the carpets as they arrived super speedy and they were very accomadating! Dec the carpet fitter was very thorough and did a great job. We have just had invictus LVT delivered from them and it’s absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much for all your help."

"Came straight here after ordering our new sofas, as I knew the exact carpet I wanted. We ordered and paid for it, but didn't know when we would need it to be fitted, as we hadn't received a delivery date for the sofas. Not a problem at all. They ordered it and kept it for us, then all we had to do was give them a ring, and they would book us in. The carpet fitter is paid separately on the day of fitting, and we managed to book him in before delivery day. He has just left, after taking only an hour ish to fit it, and it looks absolutely divine. It's like walking on marshmallows. Fab family run business 10/10."
